7-Day Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We provide a comprehensive 7-day replacement or refund policy from the date of package delivery. You are entitled to a full refund or direct exchange under the following conditions:

• The book received is damaged, torn, or contains misprinted or missing pages.
• An incorrect book or edition was dispatched differing from your confirmed order details.
• The outer packaging seal was severely damaged during courier transit.

2. How to Request a Return

Initiating a return or replacement is straightforward:

1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 98765 43210 or email support@bookpitara.com with your Order ID.
2. Share a photo or short video highlighting the defect, misprint, or wrong item received.
3. Our logistics team will coordinate a free reverse courier pickup from your doorstep within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

Once your returned parcel is verified at our logistics hub:

• Prepaid Orders (UPI, Net Banking, Cards): The refund will be credited back to your original payment source within 3–5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The refund will be transferred directly via your preferred UPI ID or bank NEFT transfer within 24 hours of item verification.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time prior to shipment dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner, please use the standard return process upon delivery.
